The AGL Investigations Unit remotely located
the machine about 40 miles away with local intelligence suggesting that it was
being prepared for a trip out of the country.
A AGL Investigator was scrambled
to recover the machine and was on the scene shortly after. Our in-house
Investigator located the machine to an open compound where local Scotland
Police were requested to gain access.
AGL can achieve our rapid, effective
results due to our close links with Police Scotland and their Scottish
Partnership Against Rural Crime SPARC
campaign. Our technology positively identified
the machine and, on further inspection, the excavator has been extensively
searched for “traditional” tracking devices.
The owners of the excavator were
informed and recovered the machine themselves.
